Overview and Structure of EPS Group

EPS Group offers more than 50 services in specialized areas of pharmaceuticals, medicine, and healthcare, and collaborates with many partner companies to pursue the creation of new value.

Under the holding structure since 2015, EPS Group has three core businesses (CRO, SMO, and CSO), as well as Drug Development Platform Business drug discovery support across Japan and China, and China Business implementing pharmaceutical business in China.

In 2023, we established EPNextS, Inc. to oversee the three core businesses to improve the quality and efficiency of our services. We hope to develop and provide new solutions. We will continue to maximize the power of EPS group.
