About EPS Group

Since its founding in 1991, the EPS Group has continued to expand and grow its services related to the development of pharmaceuticals. As the business has expanded, both sales and the number of employees have increased each year, with the Compound Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) of 9.98% from October 2021 to September 2022.
By flexibly transforming changing to meet the needs of the times, we aim to reach 100 billion yen in consolidated group sales by the fiscal year ending September 2024. 

The EPS Group has strong networks with Asia and is serving as a “bridge” between China and Japan.
We have developed more than 15 companies in the pharmaceutical and medical device-related business and support Chinese business with our one-stop service in Japanese.
The EPS Group is building a unique EPS ecosystem, including a healthcare business that connects Japan, China, Asia, and the world, and a new drug discovery platform. 

As the Group’s name Ever Progressing System suggests, the EPS Group will continue to take on new challenges and create new solutions.
Contract research organization(CRO) business, site management organization (SMO)business, and contract sales organization (CSO) business are the three businesses at the core of EPS. Responding flexibly to the needs of the times, we are now involved in a wide range of areas in the healthcare industry, including drug discovery, human resources, and medical equipment rental. We will continue to contribute to the further development of the healthcare industry in order to further update and enhance healthcare. 

Through our three core businesses — CRO, SMO, and CSO businesses — we provide one-stop support from drug and medical device development to market launch.
In 2022, EPNextS Co., Ltd. was established to oversee our 3 core businesses in order to make agile strategic decisions and to manage those businesses in accordance with future changes in circumstances related to clinical trials. Please keep your eyes on the EPS Group as we take off to a new stage of solution provider.

The EPS Group is involved in a variety of efforts as an entity involved in society’s health, ranging from in-house reforms to collaboration with the community.
In addition to complying with laws and regulations, we are working to create good companies through efforts such as thorough in-house training that allows us to provide quality services, promoting remote work, events to promote health. In terms of our external efforts, we also provide support in the event of a disaster and support to disaster-stricken areas, and we collaborate with the local community through bazaars and used book fairs.
